Payment Plans
We have payment plans to suit different budgets, including a low down-payment option. To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months. We also offer an automated payment system that allows our patients better flexibility.
Although we will make every effort to accommodate patients with temporary difficulties, in cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued.
Fee Discounts
If full payment is made at the onset of orthodontic treatment, we offer patients a fee discount. If you are using insurance benefits to pay for orthodontic services, we will offer a discount on the portion of your treatment that is not covered by insurance.
Insurance
Your dental plan may offer orthodontic coverage, but have eligibility requirements. Orthodontic benefits are not the same as your general dental benefits. There is usually a lifetime maximum benefit, however, some benefits renew yearly. Orthodontic benefits are rarely paid in one payment. Usually partial payments are issued throughout the length of treatment.
As a courtesy, we will be happy to complete and file the primary insurance forms related to our treatment. We work hard to ensure an easy payment plan and act as a liaison between you and your insurance company. However, our professional services are rendered to you, not your insurance company. Please remember that you are directly responsible to us for the obligation of payment for treatment.
